 Hi Cid & Didier,
 I want to thank you both for a wonderful evening. 
 Do you know that there was a rainbow over the restaurant yesterday? 
 Do you know how beautiful an evening can be when your
 kindness touches it?
 Your thoughtfulness and generosity have made you both such
 special people to me.

 I can see why Cathy held you close to her heart.

 After registration I went and sat right next to Didier's table and
 had the most delicious risotto. 
 My girlfriend Donna bid on a private lesson in the kitchen
 and I can't wait. 
 She is so funny and we will have an afternoon of laughter. 

 I know how hard you both worked to host the event,
 all the time that is involved, and
 everyone that donated their time to help out... 
 Thank you for going over and above to make the evening so special.
 The world is a better place because of people like you.
